These conditions are established between FashionPrivate and individuals registering to the website, www.fashionprivate.com called ‘the members’ from here onwards.
Both FashionPrivate and ‘the members’ agree that their relations are regulated exclusively by the present contract.In case any specific condition or rule is not considered in this contract, general e-commerce practice and rules shall be considered as the standard.
The objective of the below-stated articles is to define the sales process and conditions between FashionPrivate and the members, from the order of the products, to its payment and final delivery.
These articles define all the necessary steps to finalize an order at www.fashionprivate.com and guarantee the conclusion of that order between both parties.
FashionPrivate.com is an online closed clube, which is to be accessed exclusively by its registered members. FashionPrivate’s members can invite their friends to become members as well. FashionPrivate has, however, the right to accept or deny registrations of new members, to suspend permanently or temporarily the issue of new invites to the club and/or to suspend specific memberships if needed.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDER
OMembers can place their order on the ‘sales’ menu of the website, by accessing the online catalogue for the specific brand.
To process an order the member shall provide the following informations:
- Username and password
- Delivery data (address, phone contact, etc)
When the member places an order and finishes the order process he is thereby fully and completely accepting prices and product descriptions provided at FashionPrivate.com. He is also to FashionPrivate’s general sales conditions as the only ones regulating the order.
The fact that the member finished the order process and payment means he accepts these general conditions as hereby stated.
FashionPrivate ensures to honor and process all orders received online, with the limit of the available inventory supplied by the brands. If a given product is not available in inventory to process a placed order, FashionPrivate will inform the member as soon as possible.
FashionPrivate reserves itself the right to refuse any given order.
FashionPrivate’s products are delivered in all Indonesia and Singapore only.
Products are sent to the address supplied by the member when he places the order.
Delivery costs and due dates are communicated to the members when he closes an order with FashionPrivate.
Delivery costs accepted and paid by the member when he places an order refer to the logistics service FashionPrivate and/or its logistics partner provide in sending the order from Point A (FashionPrivate warehouse) to Point B (address provided by the member). After the order has been received at Point B, this service is finished and is not applicable for any future orders.
FashionPrivate hereby agrees to process the deliveries as soon as possible given its business model.
Acceptance and signature of the delivery documents by the member shall serve as proof that the order has been finalized.
FashionPrivate supplies two types of payment possibilities:
- Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard);
- Bank Transfer.
In case the member chooses to pay by credit card, his order will only be accepted as completed when the payment is confirmed as finalized by FashionPrivate and its bank.
FashionPrivate doesn’t have access to payment data of its clients, namely credit card number and data, and employs all efforts for these to be absolutely confidential and for payments to be the most secure possible.
FashionPrivate doesn’t store any payment data. Payments are processed directly with banking entities. No registry of credit card details will be stored or saved by FashionPrivate in any case.
All prices stated on the website are in Indonesian Rupiah and include all taxes necessary. They exclude mailing fees.
Store prices provided as reference are supplied by FashionPrivate’s providers and shall be read as indicative.
Any article can be changed or redeemed.
Mailing charges for the change or return of an article shall be paid by the member.
In case the return of na article is due to a logistics error of FashionPrivate, FashionPrivate will assume the return mailing costs as well as the mailing fees of the correct product.
Any change or redemption of a give article will only be accepted if it is done 7 days after the member has received it on the delivery address or, in case he was not present at the delivery address, after the first attempt to deliver the product to the member on the delivery address.
Any changes requested will be conditioned to FashionPrivate’s available inventory.
Any change requested which FashionPrivate is not able to supply will automatically generate a product redemption and a credit to the member.
FashionPrivate doesn’t accept returns with mailing fees to be paid by FashionPrivate.
All changes and returns of products need to be sent by mail to

Returns generate a credit for the total amount of the products being returned. This credit is delivered on your FashionPrivate’s account in the format of ‘available FashionPrivate credits’, which can then be used automatically in any other FashionPrivate sale and don’t withstand any expiration term.
ARTICLE 8 – SIGNATURE AND PROOF
All members have to register in order to place orders at FashionPrivate.com. All registry data are strictly personal.
When the member finishes the order process and supplies online his payment data, or does so by bank transfer, he is automatically agreeing to the prices and terms established for the specific order. He can therefore be charged for the amount stated.
On all stages of access to FashionPrivate’s website, from the order to the delivery and aftersales services, FashionPrivate is only responsible for the delivery of the product.
The member is hereby authorizing FashionPrivate to treat the supplied personal information and to use it for its regular communication as well as for necessary internet cookies.
For commercial reasons, FashionPrivate may or may not supply these member’ information’s to third parties.
ARTICLE 11 – FASHIONPRIVATE’S NEWSLETTERS
FashionPrivate’s newsletters consist of emails FashionPrivate sends to its members with promotions, special and regular offers and informations about the company and its sales. These informations are sent directly to FashionPrivate members ‘ email boxes.
By registering to FashionPrivate.com the members are automatically subscribing to FashionPrivate newsletters.
Members can unregister to regular FashionPrivate newsletters on FashionPrivate’s website in the ‘Personal Data’ section.
ARTICLE 12 – INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of FashionPrivate’s website, either visual or sound, including the underlying technology are protected by copyright.
All these elements are exclusive property of FashionPrivate and cannot be used without proper authorization by the company.
Current Sales conditions stated in this contract are the complete agreement between the parties.
These are the Sales conditions regulating a FashionPrivate sale to its members.
FashionPrivate reserves itself the right to change these Terms & Conditions in the future.
Current conditions are applicable as long as FashionPrivate’s services are supplied online.
IT registries kept at FashionPrivate and/or its partners, which are secure under protection held to be reasonable, shall be considered as proof of communications between FashionPrivate and its members. This includes the registry of all orders and payments between the parties.
ARTICLE 16 – ARCHIVE OF TRANSACTIONS
The archive of orders and invoice documents will be done on a reliable and long-term base so that it allows for a reliable and long-term copy.
The conditions of the present contract shall be regulated by Indonesian law. In case of litigation, in which there is no possibility of amicable agreement among the parties, the process shall be taken to an Indonesian court in Jakarta.
